Account Registration
To make full use of 20x's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. This information will be used for identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You are advised to use a strong, unique password and not to share your login details with anyone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 20x customer support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 20x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time.
To process a withdrawal, you are required to complete a full identity verification process. This includes submitting a valid identification document and confirming that your bank account name matches the name registered on the platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account in the registered user's name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
20x reserves the right to withhold or suspend any suspicious withdrawals pending investigation. Where there is evidence of fraud or money laundering, the funds in question may be held and reported to the relevant authorities. All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.

Account Suspension & Closure
20x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, providing false information during registration, operating multiple accounts, or upon request by legal authorities.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be eligible to re-register. Any remaining funds in an account closed for breach of terms may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 20x platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 20x or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
